Toile de Jouy, Dracon, taffeta, and other fabrics and materials for window treatments
"July 1960" Three rectangles each representing two or more different types of window treatment and 7 small rectangles showing wood and marble samples are painted in watercolors. The headings on the larger rectangles read: Toile de Jouy; Dacron; Taffeta; Wallpaper; Damask; Venetian blind; Velvet; Brick; Organdy; Knotty Pine; and Fiberglass. The small rectangles are labeled: Walnut; Birch; Mahogany; Oak; Glass brick; Copper; Marble [gray]; and Marble [Black].

The drawing labeled Problem 33 is of a more traditional looking lamp with a base that might be made out of brass or pewter. Wall lamp on paneled wall
"Lesson 41" One of four separate works painted by different students, mounted on the same piece of heavy cardboard measuring 76 x 51. The watercolor shows a wall lamp mounted on wood paneling that has a blue-gray grain. The lamp is brass-colored and is shaped to look like a lantern, with glass panes, and an eagle on top., Mounted on the same piece of covered cardboard as BC-0101, BC-0103, and BC-0100.
Washington Golf and Country Club first floor plan
"Drawn by D.H. General floor plan, Ray Bates Associates. Date: 4-66 Scale 1/8 in to 1 ft." The drawing shows the floor plan, the right half of which is mostly open space. The left half shows several rooms in the placement of some of the furniture in those rooms. The rooms are not labeled and some of them do not have furniture.
