\Montgomery Co., MD.\ \Date: 6/6/80.\ Scales vary. Five technical drawings with a cover and a fifth page listing the furnishing, millwork, and paint information. The first drawing shows the entire floor plan including: locker rooms; vending machines; the kitchen; a janitor area; bathrooms; a sauna; the shower room; a hair salon; a dance area; an exercise area; the reception area; offices; a conference room; a nursery; a snack bar; a nurse's station; and a massage room, The second drawing shows the conference room, snack bar, and reception area. The conference room has a conference table, chairs, and a wet bar. The snack bar has tables and chairs (seating capacity of 34), vending machines, etc., and the reception area has plants and a reception desk. The third drawing shows the electrical plan with the legend for the outlets, fixtures, switches, etc. The fourth drawing shows the elevation of various areas of the facility, and the last page gives the manufacturer and item or model numbers for the paint, millwork, and the materials, furniture, and furnishings. Alcove with a chair and a round table
The third of thirteen drawings stapled together with a gray top and bottom sheet to form a book. Each drawing is analyzed separately and the call numbers range from BC-0335A and BC-0335M. The drawing shows part of an alcove with a slanted ceiling and a recessed window. The furniture and decorations consist of: a round table with a long tablecloth on it in front of the window; a planter and a statue of a bird on the table; an armchair to the left to the table; and a wooden stool with a cushion to the right of the table.

"Carroll C. Curtice, Architect, 1212 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C." "Drawn Oct. 19, 1967" "File no. 1567" "Lots: 810 & 812; Square 2516" Scale 1 in. to 20 ft. Three technical drawings are stapled together, the first one also serving as the cover. The left had portion of the first sheet, or cover, has a plan of the exterior of the building with a new entrance drawn in labeled "New 4th for. enclosure". The middle portion of the sheet has a section called Structural Notes which lists the Live Loads, Masonry, and Lumber. Below that is a section called Construction Notes which as a section Demolition, listing the parts of the current structure that are be removed. The right hand portion of the sheet gives the title, designer, and architect information. The second sheet shows the floor plan of the 4th floor and new enclosure, giving elevations, electrical information, and plumbing information. The third sheet shows drawings of the "Mechanical Specifications", including the duct work and heat pump information.
American Colonial dining room
The watercolor shows three walls of an American Colonial dining room. The left hand wall has a chest of drawers along it, as well as a door. The wall the viewer is facing has two windows with long curtains and a chair in front of them, separated by a bureau or table with candles on it. The curtains have a white background with a red, blue, and green print. The right hand wall has a slant-front desk and a grandfather clock on it. The center of the room has a dining room table and chairs on a green and white area rug.
American Colonial Kitchen
The watercolor shows part of an American Colonial kitchen with a fireplace used for cooking. The walls and ceiling are off-white, with wooden beams across the ceiling. The wooden trim, door, window frame, and window shutters are in a muted greenish blue. The kitchen table and the three chairs around it are in the center of the floor on an area rug. There is a Windsor settee along the right hand wall with two paintings above it. The left hand wall has a wooden cupboard, a large shuttered window, and a Windsor chair.
